What to bring
Bring 10–15 printed copies of your resume and a pen. A portfolio link or QR code helps if you have one. Business cards are optional.
03 / Dress code
How to dress
Business casual minimum: slacks or chinos, a button-down or blouse, clean shoes. Business professional is never wrong. Avoid athletic wear, ripped denim, and graphic tees.

Research your target employersPick a few companies, look at what they’re actually hiring for, and have something to say about it.
Print 10–15 resume copiesBring more than you think you’ll need. One page, clear, with numbers where you have them.
Prepare a 30-second pitchKeep it short: name, major, what you’re looking for, and one thing worth mentioning. Different companies, different pitch.
Prepare questions to ask recruiters“What does day one actually look like?” is better than anything generic. Have one ready per company.
Dress the partBusiness casual at minimum. Lay it out the night before.
Bring a portfolio link or QR codeA GitHub link or project demo gives recruiters something concrete to pass on.
Follow up within 24 hoursGet names at the tables and follow up that night. Most people don’t.
